DIRECTOR OF PROGRAMS
Ms. Dedhia is a Special Educator and Director of Programs at Saamarthya. With a steadfast commitment to individualized instruction, she has positively impacted over 100 children by tailoring interventions to meet diverse learning needs. Remaining at the forefront of research and best practices, Riddhi ensures her methods are informed by the latest advancements, aiming to elevate excellence in special education.
Kanchi Goswami
PROGRAM MANAGER (OT)
Dr. Goswami is an experienced Occupational Therapist who has an integrated approach in providing therapy to her patients and focuses on overall development, and her expertise lies in dealing with patients across all age groups who are diagnosed with any neurodivergent conditions including ADHD, ASD, Down syndrome, Cerebral palsy, Global delay development, Sensory issues.
Sanika Kelkar
COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER
Sanika is a digital marketing specialist with over 7 years of experience in the field of marketing and communications.
Her goal is finding ways to have real and impactful conversations through social media.
She is an avid reader and loves to explore new places.
Dr. Nisha Deshpande
CONSULTANT
​Dr. Nisha Deshpande is a Pediatrician and Pediatric Neurologist with 22 years of experience. She led the Pediatric Neurology and Pediatrics Department at Aditya Birla Memorial Hospital, Pune, from 2006 to 2016. Dr. Deshpande practices at Dr. Taruna's Polyclinic (Aundh), Dr. Karambelkar Clinic (Nigdi), and Vitilife Clinic (Wakad), Pune. She earned her MBBS and MD in Pediatrics from Govt. Medical College, Aurangabad, and completed her Pediatric Neurology training at the Children's Hospital of Western Ontario, Canada. She is a member of the Indian Academy of Pediatrics, Indian Epilepsy Society, and International Child Neurology Association.
Mayura Samal
CENTER DIRECTOR
With a rich background in education, mental health counselling, and operational management, Mayura Samal serves as the Centre Director at Saamarthya Foundation. Holding masters degrees in Economics and Counselling Psychotherapy, along with diplomas in Teachers Training and Child & Adolescent Psychology, Mayura combines her expertise to lead the centre with a holistic approach. Her commitment to advancing the foundation's mission is reflected in her drive to enhance outreach, support community well-being, and foster a thriving environment for all.
Sayali Khanapurkar
PROGRAM MANAGER
Sayali is a deeply committed Psychologist dedicated to prioritizing her client's mental health and
well-being. She utilizes an eclectic, collaborative, and holistic approach to therapy tailored to each
client's needs. Sayali is particularly passionate about working with children, helping them navigate
emotional challenges, and fostering their overall development. Her goal is to create a safe, nurturing
environment where clients of all ages can thrive and achieve their fullest potential.
